Limited Warranty

When choosing to use M.V. ELECTRONIX'S services, it is important for customers to understand that the company is not responsible for voiding the manufacturer's warranty. This means that if a device is still under warranty, utilizing M.V. ELECTRONIX'S services may result in the warranty being canceled. Customers should keep this in mind before using M.V. ELECTRONIX'S services.

We provide a 60-day warranty for all repairs conducted. In the event that any problem mentioned in the initial work order reoccurs within the 60-day period, we will reperform the service at no additional cost. Prior to reattempting the repair, we do not issue any refunds in order to verify the legitimacy of the claim. Refunds are solely granted if we are unable to rectify the issue with your device. Additionally, all parts used during the repair are guaranteed for 60 days starting from the date of service. However, please note that the warranty does not cover any issues that may arise during the guarantee period which are unrelated to the services performed or the original problem diagnosed and repaired.

Please be aware of the following exclusions to our warranty:

1. Any services performed using parts not purchased through M.V. ELECTRONIX.

2. Software-related issues, including virus removal and operating system             installations.

3. New symptoms or issues that are not directly linked to the original service     within the 60-day guarantee period.

4. The warranty is void if new hardware is installed or existing hardware is     modified during the 60-day guarantee period.

The M.V. ELECTRONIX Limited Warranty becomes null and void if the device experiences a reoccurrence of its initial symptoms or issues due to user error or negligence, such as physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical damage. Additionally, if the device is tampered with or damaged physically during the warranty period, the warranty is no longer valid.

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH REPAIRS

The reliability of electronic repairs is inconsistent. It is possible that your device may not be repairable or may become irreparably damaged in the process, rendering it worthless. This is especially true for devices that have suffered liquid damage, as components can deteriorate over time and fail without warning. Repairs for devices with glued-on screens require prying the panel to access internal parts, which can result in the screen breaking or cracking. Although we have extensive knowledge in this area, there is still a chance of glass breaking. Additionally, repairs on Apple devices may cause Touch ID and Face ID to malfunction and become unusable, although this is rare and depends on the equipment.

Overall, it is important to be aware of these potential risks and limitations when considering electronic repairs. While we strive to provide the best service possible, it is crucial to understand that unforeseen issues may arise during the repair process.

M.V.
