Want to make a return?
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date. After this time, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. We encourage customers to notify us promptly if they are unsatisfied with their purchase to avoid any inconvenience. The warranty will be void if the device experiences issues due to user error or negligence, such as physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical damage. Furthermore, if the device is tampered with or physically damaged during the warranty period, the warranty will no longer be valid.
Need to refund a purchase?
To receive a refund for your purchase, it is necessary for us to receive and examine the item you intend to return. M.V. ELECTRONIX will inform you once we have received your return and after we have assessed whether your refund request is approved. Upon approval, the refund will be processed. Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
In the event of returning a defective item, we will cover the shipping expenses. However, if you are returning or exchanging an item that is not defective, you will need to cover the shipping costs. Please note that if you opt for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund amount.
